Vic Herson
Victor Herson is a physician (now semi-retired) who until recently was Medical Director of the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at Connecticut Children’s Medical Center where he has also served as President of the Medical Staff and a member of the Board of Directors. Victor and his wife Gail have lived in Bloomfield for 40 years where they raised three children. Victor previously was President of the Bloomfield Junior Soccer Association. Gail is a former nurse at Hartford Hospital’s Institute of Living and an active hospice volunteer.
In addition to planning the Land Trust’s periodic Bike Tour, Victor assists along with his duties as president with fundraising, establishment of the LaSalette Trail, and stewardship work days on several Land Trust properties.
